Karaoke Night at McAllen Food Park June

Please read the following rules and regulations in their entirety before purchasing your vendor spot!

ONLY HAND-MADE OR COLLECTIBLE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED.

Each space is 8ft. x 8ft. You will need to bring your own table(s) and chair(s). You may set-up your item displays as long as they fit in your space.

Canopies are NOT allowed. You may use the frame of your canopy to hang items, as long as it fits in your 8x8 space and doesn't spill into the space beside you, otherwise, the frame is not allowed. There have been several incidents where the canopies are not anchored and have flown into the crowd.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SET-UP TIME IS AT 6:30 P.M. The event begins at 7:30 P.M. Please refer to the e-mail you receive after you place your order: it includes your Space Number. Once you arrive to set-up, you may locate your Space Number (each spot is marked on the pavement) and begin set-up. If a Chamber employee is not present to confirm your space, do not set up in a random space, please.

Please remember that Food Park Unplugged Vendor Spaces are for handmade items or collectible items (antiques, toys, games, artwork, movies, etc. from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, Frida, Hello Kitty, etc.) only!! We don’t want to turn you away for having non-craft/collectible items, so please, please keep this in mind. There are no refunds if you are asked to leave the event for having non-handmade or collectible items..

Parking is not allowed on the south side near the railroad tracks. Rio Switching Company has notified us that they will tow vehicles at the owner’s expense if cars are parked there, as that property belongs to them. Designated parking is in the large parking lot across from McAllen Chamber of Commerce only.

Vehicles are not allowed to drive/park into the Food Park to load/unload, especially after the event is over. This is a hazard to our customers and we want everyone to be safe.

Do not purchase a vendor spot for anyone else. If any violation is made, the person who's information is on the "ticket" will be contacted.

Each vendor must provide their own BATTERY-POWERED lighting. NO ELECTRICAL CORDS ARE ALLOWED WHATSOEVER! Do not under any circumstances disconnect Food Truck's power cords to plug your lights in, or plug into their outlets, even with their permission.

**Violation of these terms WILL result in your dismissal from the park and any future events.
