Taste McAllen 2017 Committee Invites you to a Magical Evening of Delicious Cuisine Tasting & Live Music this Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the McAllen Convention Center's beautiful Oval Park.
Over 24 restaurants and more than 40 McAllen-area Chefs join their talents making it the Valley’s Premier Food Tasting Event.
Taste McAllen takes place in a magnificent outdoor setting that gathers renowned chefs from the community, live musical performances and the amazing outdoor ambiance for which the Rio Grande Valley is known.
Among all the great surprises the attendees will be able to enjoy is the chef’s cooking pit sponsored by the RGV Texas Chef’s Association and McAllen Ranch All Natural Beef, where live cooking demonstrations will take place for attendees to taste. The fire pit will feature dozens of Chefs, highlighting their unique culinary talents in a Chuck Wagon style presentation.
Admission tickets grant attendees access to tasting to food and drinks during the event.
General admission tickets available for purchase online at mcallen.org at $40. Tickets at the door will cost $50.
A VIP area, sponsored by The Patio on Guerra and House Wine & Bistro is available for those attendees looking for added amenities including an open Beer and Wine Bar among and early access to the event among others. VIP Tickets cost $75.
Taste McAllen 2017 musical performances will be by The Starlight Quartet, Mario&Maria & Steve Molina!
